The app isn't working

Here are some possible reasons why the app isn't working.

1. Checking in "Preview Mode"

If this is the case, please check in the live environment. Product previews only show the state at the time you press the preview button. Therefore, changes won't reflect on the preview page even if you refresh the browser after making changes.

2. Embedded App Not Enabled in Your Shopify Theme

If this is the case, please access the theme editor of your Shopify theme, enable the embedded app, and check again.

3. Exceeding the Registration Limit of 100 Favorites on the FREE Plan

With the FREE plan, you can register up to 100 favorites. If this is the issue, consider upgrading to the STARTER plan.

4. Delay Due to Shopify's Caching Feature

There may be a delay in updates due to Shopify's caching feature. Please wait a while and check again.
